I can’t remember a single time in my childhood or adult life that someone told me what to expect with menopause.
There was no “birds and bees” talk. Our past generations simply did not discuss menopause. Maybe for lack of class, or maybe for lack of knowledge themselves, but now we face an underserved community of women searching for relief.
